Elijah’s Coin is about giving to get.  It is about how selfless actions on behalf of others are returned to the giver.  The first step in giving to get is the hardest because you have no idea what you are going to get.  Is it worth it?  What if I don’t get what I want?  What if I don’t get anything at all? Many people never start for fear of the unknown or because their philosophy is simply about struggling to hold onto what they have.

To help jumpstart and encourage Give to Get initiatives, the Elijah’s Coin Charitable Foundation was created.  Elijah’s Coin Charitable Foundation is a non-profit corporation established in Washington, DC.  It is currently seeking 501(C) (3) status with the Internal Revenue Service.  Its mission is to provide funding to programs:

*assisting youth organizations in disadvantaged areas,

*promoting literacy efforts,

*providing educational opportunities to disadvantaged youth,

*assisting children and families struggling with long term disease or illness,

*providing mentoring to adolescents and young adults.

A&N Publishing will donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of every copy of Elijah’s Coin to the Elijah’s Coin Charitable Foundation. 

So if you buy the book, you’ve already started.  Now, keep it going.

The Foundation’s Promise to you:

100% of the money received from the sale of books is given to a qualified organization meeting the mission of the Foundation.  None of the money from the sale of books goes toward salaries (there are none), expenses or overhead.  The Board of Trustees has agreed to donate the cash cost of all expenses and overhead, allowing the amounts received through book sales or donations to be used 100% for mission programs.
